Workforce Insights is a separate, opt-in product for application activity, productivity reporting, and insider-threat alerting — including data-exfiltration patterns and duress situations. It is not part of AIOpenSec Complete and is disabled by default — it is purchased and enabled on its own, by whoever in your organisation owns that decision, with its own access controls.

Why this is not bundled with the security stack

A security buyer should never discover employee monitoring arrived bundled into an EDR purchase. Workforce Insights is priced, sold and governed on its own, with its own access controls, so the decision to enable it sits with whoever in your organisation actually owns that conversation — not with whoever signed the security contract.
