Common questions

What counts as an endpoint?Any Windows, macOS or Linux device running the agent — laptop, desktop or server, all at the same £9.99/month. Cloud accounts and domains are not charged per asset.

Is there a minimum?Complete has a £49/month minimum per organisation. Nudger has a suggested £19/month minimum. Exposure is priced per organisation, not per seat, with extra assets billed at £25 per 50 assets a month. Workforce Insights has no minimum.

Can we start with one function?Yes. Nudger, External Exposure and Workforce Insights are all sold on their own, in addition to being part of AIOpenSec Complete. Moving from a standalone SKU into Complete does not require redeployment.

Do you sell through resellers?We sell direct today, and we evaluate partner applications from resellers, MSPs, technology and referral partners individually rather than opening the program to anyone. See the Partners page to apply.

What's the difference between Complete and CyberFit+?Both run on the same engine with the same automated response. Complete is multi-tenant SaaS with platform-managed detections. CyberFit+ adds full SIEM access, custom playbooks and detections, and dedicated, self-hosted or BYOI deployment — it's a scoped, sales-led conversation rather than a self-serve SKU.
