This Agreement is between AIOpenSec Labs Limited (company no. 16159190), registered office Vyman House, 104 College Road, 3rd Floor, Harrow, HA1 1BQ, United Kingdom (“AIOpenSec”, “we”, “us”), and the individual or entity registering for and using the AIOpenSec Platform (“you”, “Customer”).
The Agreement starts when you register and make your first payment, and continues on a pay-as-you-go basis until terminated under Section 10.
“Platform” means the AIOpenSec SaaS solution, including endpoint detection and response (EDR), vulnerability scanning, configuration reviews, and any optional support services. “Fees” means charges based on your actual use of the Platform and any support services.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for your own internal business purposes. AIOpenSec manages open-source tools (e.g. Wazuh, OpenVAS, Nuclei) as part of the Platform; you do not interact with those tools directly.
You must not share your account with third parties; use the Platform to scan, monitor, or test any systems, devices, or networks without proper authorization; copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform; or use it to develop a competing service.
Fees are charged based on your actual use of the Platform and any support services, as set out on the pricing page or your order form. Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms stated at checkout or in your contract.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (/privacy) and UK GDPR. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, the terms of our Data Processing Agreement apply.
We aim to keep the Platform available and will notify you of planned maintenance where practical. Optional support services are provided as described at the point of purchase.
The Platform is provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as set out in this Agreement or required by law, all other warranties are excluded. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
AIOpenSec retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform. You retain all rights in your data.
Either party may terminate in accordance with the notice terms agreed at purchase. On termination you may export your findings, evidence and logs in open formats for 30 days, at no charge.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
